QBGenerator is an Exam Generator & Results Management system
Our client came to us with an idea for software that enables the organization of on-site and online aircraft maintenance training and exams, that is also available as a self-hosted version. It was developed and implemented to cover specifically EASA/CASA/GCAA for Part-66 and Part-147 standards and we, createIT, were responsible for creating the entire ecosystem redesign from scratch.
Total Training Support provides quality aircraft maintenance training products to support Part‑66 (or equivalent) basic license training. QB Generator is a computer programme that is offered to training organisations who wish to set exams for their students, either as a part of an EASA Part-147 approval, or simply to set practice and mock exams for the EASA Part-66 courses.

setting a precise business goal and intermediate objectives
Accurate scoping of the client’s needs at the very beginning of the project and a closed catalog of functionalities clearly defined by the client allowed us to implement the project in a fixed mode.
The createIT team took care of the QB Generator redesign aiming at improving the look and feel of an existing system. It involved making changes to the website’s visual design, layout, navigation and user interface.
Currently, the system is constantly supported and extended with new functionalities. Our team is also responsible for installing and maintaining the system for QB clients all over the world.
In addition, we have developed from scratch a dedicated marketing site (qbgenerator.com). It provides valuable information for a potential client as well as giving a chance to ask questions via helpdesk.
One of the primary issues we faced was to improve the system’s aesthetics and user interface while preserving its core functionalities. We had to modify the website’s visual design, layout, and navigation to achieve the desired result.
Does your company need a similar solution or would you like to go down an individual path?
We are ready for both!
